What we collect

When you submit the appointment form on this website we collect your name, mobile number, preferred time, the treatment you selected and your message. That is the information we need in order to contact you.

What we use it for

Only to respond to your request and arrange an appointment. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Consent and your rights

You give explicit consent before submitting the form. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To do so, contact us on 088746 45135.

How long we keep it

Appointment requests are kept for as long as needed for your care and for legal record-keeping requirements. Requests that do not become appointments are deleted within a year.

Clinical records

Clinical records, X-rays and treatment notes created at the clinic are held separately from this website in our practice-management system and remain confidential.

Analytics

We look at basic, aggregated analytics to understand which pages are useful. This does not identify you personally.
